012: 6 DAYS MARA/NAKURU/BOGORIA/BARINGO

Day 1:  Nairobi – Mara
Depart from Nairobi office for a journey south along the flr of the Great Rift Valley. Lunch served enroute then pass Narok climbing the western wall entering Hemmingway’s country “Serengeti plains”. Arrive late afternoon in the Maasai Mara game reserve. Game drive enroute.

Day 2:  Mara
Full day in search of elephants, zebra, wilderbeest, rhino, buffalo, lion, cheetah, leopard and other plains. All meals and overnight at the base camp.

Day 3: Mara
Full day game viewing is provided. Meals and overnight at the camp.

Day 4: Mara – Nakuru
After breakfast leave the camp for Lake Nakuru picnic lunch enroute at the safari junction. After lunch proceed to Lake Nakuru via Lake Elementaita stopping for panoramic and scenery viewing. You will arrive in Nakuru later in the afternoon. Dinner in your camp.

Day 5: Nakuru – Baringo
After an early breakfast drive to Lake Baringo via Lake Bogoria with picnic lunch, explore on foot these naturist lakes and view the flamingoes in their thousands. Caution must be taken while walking near the hot springs and geysers as they are super hot. Return to Nakuru for dinner and overnight in your camp.

Day 6: Nakuru – Nairobi
Game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park which is renowned for its large variety of birds. Besides birds for which is world famous. It is possible to see other game such as waterbucks, impala, buffalo and gazelles in surrounding gardens. Return to your hotel for breakfast. After breakfast return to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon.
