027: 5 Days HONEYMOONERS SAFARI
5 Days
Day 1: Treetops
We depart Nairobi in the morning passing through Tea and coffee plantation to Nyeri's Outspan hotel arriving in time for lunch. Hotel Transport picks you from here to the famous Treetops Tree hotel. Here you watch animals as you relax at the balcony as they drink and lick the floodlit water hole. You will enjoy seeing the animals this close.
Day 2: Mount Kenya Safari Club.
Hotel transport takes you from Treetop to Outspan hotel to breakfast. We then head to Mount Kenya Safari Club in the back drop of Mount Kenya arriving in time for lunch. The afternoon will be at leisure whereby you can join in the hotel-organised activities like golf, horse trekking or trout fishing. For dinner you have to be in a jacket and a tie (must).
Day 3: Lake Nakuru
After breakfast at Mount Kenya Safari Club we drive South passing through the Rift Valley escarpment having a stop over at Thompson Falls We drive on to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for lunch. We proceed for an afternoon game drive around the park famous for its Flamingoes carpeting the lake. Dinner and overnight in a safari lodge will be quite enjoyable.
Day 4: Maasai Mara
After breakfast in Lake Nakuru, we proceed South passing through the Maasai country to arrive in Maasai Mara game reserve in time for lunch. We proceed for an afternoon game run in this game concentrated reserve famous for its black mane lions and other rare species. Rest of the evening at leisure or beside a swimming pool at your lodge. Dinner and overnight at a safari lodge or a luxury tented camp or equivalent.
Day 5: Nairobi
We proceed for a Pre-breakfast game drive returning back for breakfast then en route game drive as we leave the reserve for Nairobi arriving in the afternoon.

Day 1: Nairobi
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, are met picked and transferred to Nairobi Safari club or Norfolk hotel. On arrival, are received with a complimentary welcome bouquet of flowers, and checked in at honeymooners suite on all meals.
Day 2:Treetops
Morning breakfast and leave for Treetops in time for lunch. Check in and leave for an evening game view of animals as they water near the water holes. Your honeymoon will not be complete without a visit to this romantic facility. Enjoy a floodlit animal spectacle after dinner as the animals come to the waterholes, probably in moonlight environment. Dinner and overnight at Treetops or equivalent.
Day 3: Nanyuki
Morning breakfast and proceed to Nanyuki in time for lunch at Sweetwater's luxury camp. Accommodation is provided in luxurious tents, set under thatch, with en-suite facilities and private verandah. Each tent overlooks the waterhole. Within the quaint, original farmhouse is the dining room, bar and reception with its superb accommodation, personal service, first class cuisine and outstanding array of activities. Options include night game drives by four-wheel-drive vehicles, walking safaris escorted by a knowledgeable ranger, bird walks, camel safaris and outdoor dining ensure there is always plenty to do. Sweet waters Tented Camp or similar.
Day 4: Nairobi
Morning breakfast and transfer to Nairobi in time for lunch at the world famous carnivore restaurant (one among best small restaurants in the world). After lunch, transfer to Nairobi safari club. Afternoon at leisure or can opt to go shopping in Nairobi city. Dinner and overnight at the Nairobi Safari club.
Day 5: FInch Hatton's Camp
Drive to Tsavo West National Park and arrive at Finch Hattons in time for lunch. Afterwards, an afternoon game drive may be rewarded with sightings of the great elephant herds, lesser kudu, lion or cheetah. What a place to be sleep besides hippos and the nearby bush the roaring of prides of lions in agreement of the wedding vows in the African Jungle- A paradise in Tsavo!. Dinner and overnight at Finch Hattons will be truly enjoyable.
Day 6: Salt Lick Balloon
Breakfast and proceed to Taita Hills sanctuary in time for lunch at Salt lick lodge. Sleep in a lodge built in the stilts as you watch the regular waylay by the predator at the floodlit salt licking/watering hove. Early morning overview the animals from the balloon basket. Morning Balloon Safari (Optional ) Salt Lick Camp (Hilton).
Day 7: Hemingways Resort (Malindi)
Breakfast and proceed to Mombasa. Head toward Malindi for Watamu airstrip and connect a flight to Hemingways resort in time for lunch. The rooms have been individually furnished to the highest standard using hand made pieces designed by Armando Tanzini and Charles Tyle, with original paintings by Lisa Dickinson. In a slight departure from the norm at Hemingways, the flooring of the living and bedroom area is to be finished in a dark hardwood, rather than a ceramic tile, thus giving the rooms even more individuality. Both suites will have satellite television. As with the refurbishment of all our bathrooms, tiles, marbles and fixtures have all been imported and finished to the highest standards, however in Green Hills and Key West we have gone a stage further, incorporating "His & Hers " basins, "Step" in corner baths, Bidets and an Extra large shower. For those wishing to entertain in their room, a kitchenette / service area has been incorporated, along with a guest cloakroom and shower. A further facility is the optional use of a superior room adjacent with inter-connecting doors to accommodate children or family. Dinner and overnight at Hemingway's resort or equivalent will be such an unforgettable experience.
Day 8 - 9: Hemingway's resort
Spend your days relaxing, beach-combing the miles of pristine beaches, windsurfing, snorkeling, creek fishing or take a boat trip to explore the beaches. Dinner and overnight at Hemingway's resort or equivalent.
Day 10: Mombasa
Breakfast and leave for Mombasa airport with your connection flight at Watamu arriving in Mombasa early morning. Lunch in a Mombasa city restaurant. After, leave for Mombasa airport in time for your flight home.
